Why we are involved in the Community?
Aims and Objectives
Throughout Enta’s 30 year history, many of our projects have focussed on bringing learning to the learner. This has meant having learning centres in the Community where people can attend courses and gain training in a place where they feel comfortable and are able to learn.
The Lakeside Children’s and Family Learning Centre is Enta’s hub in the heart of the community and a base for a range of outreach activities.
The Kingstanding Employment Strategy Group involves a number of local organisations working together to bring job opportunities to the Kingstanding area while supporting local people in their job hunt and training needs.
The KESG and sister group the KOEG (link to KOEG) organise a number of special events and initiatives such as Jobs Fairs or Adult Learning events.
