Our qualified guidance workers offer information and advice to people of all ages to help you plan your career and choose your ‘next step’.
To book a free Careers Guidance session at the Lakeside Centre please call Lakeside 0121 386 6150 or drop in on Tuesdays 1.00pm-4.00pm or Thursdays 11.00am-2.00pm to speak to our advisors.
You can also drop in to our Jobs Club held every Thursday at Wyrley Hall (two minute walk from Lakeside)

We offer a wide range of short courses and vocational training for all ages, as well as an ‘Entry to Employment’ programme for 16-18 year olds.
Many courses are free for those in receipt of a means tested benefit or available at a low cost for those in employment. Our Short Courses for members of the public include;
- Health and Safety at Work (Level 2)
- Food Safety in Catering (Level 2)
- First Aid for those Caring for Children (Level 2)
- Risk Assessment
