As part of the foundation learning programme, Enta trainees go on a range of work placements and gain recognised vocational qualifications.
Vocational areas include:
- Catering
- Construction
- Business Admin
- IT
- Computer Repair and Maintenance
- Childcare
Trainees can go on work placement in one of Enta’s social enterprises or to a range of other companies around Birmingham.
As well as ‘Top Lock’ our city centre training cafe and a Construction centre which takes commissions and produces work for sale, Enta also has a number of allotments in the North of Birmingham.
