Enta believes that environmental and sustainability issues should be an integral part of business planning and learning.
As an organisation we encourage learners and staff to think about the environmental impact of our actions and we have a range of projects to transform thought into action.
Enta Horticulture Training and Allotments
Enta’s Estate Improvement trainees learn about estate management and horticulture while working in the community and on our allotments as part of the e2e programme.
Computer Services
Through PC Repair and Maintenance, Refurbishment and onward sale and ‘Cyber Cycle’ IT training courses, we aim to bridge the ‘digital divide’ while acting in a positive way towards the environment.
Partnerships
We welcome partnerships with other organisations that share our values. In 2008 we have worked with 60 Birmingham and Solihull Social Enterprises as lead of the Environment and Sustainability micro-cluster of the REALiSE programme.
Green Team
Our in-house multi department Green Team champions environmental causes across the organisation and challenges day to day working practises to improve our environmental credentials.
