Are some of your pupils struggling? Would they benefit from one to one support, mentoring and a vocational curriculum?
An experienced organisation
Enta has 30 years of experience of working with disengaged young people and hard to reach client groups.
We have realistic expectations and a great team of staff with passion and vision to help each young person make progress and be the best they can be.
We treat young people as individuals and our vocational programmes offer flexibility, variety and recognised qualifications.
Support Services
Enta works with a range of referral agencies such as the Behaviour Support Service and Pupil Connect.
We maintain close links with learning support mentors from our various referring agencies. Regular support and review visits are carried out in order to monitor learners’ progress against Individual Learning Plans and to identify further support needs as they arise. Close contact is kept with all parents, carers, and involved external agencies to provide a network of interactive support for the learner.
You can purchase Enhanced Vocational Curriculum sessions from Enta on a flexible basis, either part time or full time. There are no geographic restrictions on pupils attending Enta for Enhanced Vocational Curriculum provision.
If you would like further information about Enta’s Enhanced Vocational Curriculum programme including costs and availability please contact Nicola Quigley, Training Centre manager on 0121 359 6776.
Ethos and Aims
Enta provides Vocational Work-based Learning for 14 - 16 year olds and aims to be the foremost provider of training to groups of young people enabling them to access education in a vocational work-based setting.
Our ethos is to promote access and inclusivity for all. We endeavour to adhere to our aims where our approach to working with young people will be supportive, honest, professional, flexible, adaptable, non-judgemental, empowering and realistic.
We seek to provide a quality Enhanced Vocational Education for all regardless of Race, Gender, Sexual preference, Disability or Ability to enable the learner to develop skills in order to progress either into further education, training or employment. We will do this in partnership with other organisations and agencies that share our values and vision.
The Enhanced Vocational Education that we provide must have breadth and balance and be relevant. It must provide continuity of progression and be flexible to suit both the collective and diverse individual needs of the learners including those with special educational needs.
