Meet The Team

Our experienced and qualified team of Chefs, Supervisors and Catering assistants are fully trained and passionate about providing great food and service to make our clients happy!

 

Terry Moore is the Executive Chef/Catering Manager and joined Enta in May 2011.  The newest member of team experienced Chef Terry brings with him a wealth of expertise having over 20 years catering experience as a Chef having worked in Paris and having previously worked with Enta in partnership as a fully qualified NVQ Assessor he understands the Enta values when it comes to our catering team.  Terry ensures the smooth running of the catering team and that high standards are met, he ensures the team are equipped with the skills needed in order to continue to keep in line with Enta's excellent reputation.  Terry and his team introduced the Chef's Table which provides a high quality dining experience with gourmet food and demands high standards in food preperation and presentation.  Terry also tutors a team of 15 students in hospitality and catering within the training kitchen at Enta.
 

Brenda is extremely experienced having worked in both public sector and retail catering before joining Enta nearly seven years ago.  Her knowledge and understanding of the nutritional values of food mean she is able to provide tasty, balanced menus.  A former school cook, in addition to producing quality buffets and hot food that hold their own against the market leaders, Brenda understands the challenges of producing healthy food that appeals to the younger palate and her nursery menus offer meals that are fresh, fun and appealing for toddlers to teens.  A skilled baker, her cakes, scones, flapjacks and desserts are firm favourites with clients.

 

Sky (Shahid) has recently completed his NVQ level 2 in food and is now studying his NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality and Supervision. Having originally joined Enta as a trainee, Sky has a real passion for food and regulalrly experiments with fusion cuisine bringing together the best of Asian and English dishes. He is now working as Matre'd at Top Lock cafe.
