Brenda is extremely experienced having worked in both public sector and retail catering before joining Enta nearly seven years ago. Her knowledge and understanding of the nutritional values of food mean she is able to provide tasty, balanced menus. A former school cook, in addition to producing quality buffets and hot food that hold their own against the market leaders, Brenda understands the challenges of producing healthy food that appeals to the younger palate and her nursery menus offer meals that are fresh, fun and appealing for toddlers to teens. A skilled baker, her cakes, scones, flapjacks and desserts are firm favourites with clients.
Sky (Shahid) has recently completed his NVQ level 2 in food. Having originally joined Enta as a trainee, Sky has a real passion for food and regulalrly experiments with fusion cuisine bringing together the best of Asian and English dishes.
Assisted when required by apprentices Tiff and Adam from Enta's Top Lock cafe, the buffet catering team offer quality and tasty food as standard at unbeatable prices.
